Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 weeks of processing time before your order is shipped out. 

Every piece is handmade and some are made to order, and is all packed by one person. 

Your patience is very appreciated.

Refunds and returns are not accepted.

I am not responsible for lost items once tracking services (USPS Etc.) tracking status is "delivered".

I understand some items are damaged during shipping and handling, I am more than happy to replace damaged items. Photos of damage are required please and thank you.
